' For many people, the reason they work hard is to earn money. ' issue

Topic :

For many people, the reason they work hard is to earn money. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Answer :

Work has different meanings to different workers. However, there is something in common. Most people work for money, and I agree with this view although some people argue that work is not just a means of earning a paycheck. In this essay, I will discuss my point of view.

Workers always need money to use when they live in a busy city. They tend to live near their workplace to save time for commuting. Living in the business district requires them more money because of high market price. For example, stores in the crowded areas increase the price of their products to pay for rent, and the residents cannot buy necessities at a reasonable price. If they do not work more hours, they will not be able to earn money to meet expenses.

People also work hard when they have a debt to remove. For example, there are many people who use a loan from banks to move to a new place and buy a house to live. This expenditure leads to a debt problem, and they have to spend their whole life to earn money to solve this. However, as it is too expensive, it often requires every family members to work to make money as much as possible.

In conclusion, I agree with the viewpoint that many people have to earn more money at work. They have expenses to meet and a debt to remove.
