'The best way to deal with the rising problem of traffic ' discussion

Topic :

The best way to deal with the rising problem of traffic and transportation is to encouraging people to live in cities rather than in suburbs or in the countryside. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Answer :

The traffic in cities has been a problem for many years due to an increased number of vehicles. In this regard, it is often argued that the solution to the problem is to make commuting populations to be residents of the cities. I also agree with this idea and will discuss the reasons in this essay.

Today, most developed metropolitan cities tend to change to multipurpose ones. To provide what people need in a convenient way, many buildings have similar facades and contain popular facilities such as shops and gyms. People can do many activities at one place, and the convenience is mostly for busy workers who cannot make time to visit those places. If they live in the town, they will be able to enjoy even more without commuting, and the cities can also reduce its related problems.

Moreover, when there are more city residents, there will also be the improvement of public transportation systems. The government will invest more to change them better to satisfy more passengers. With this attempt, they will not have to drive their own cars, and there will be less vehicles on the roads that might otherwise cause heavy traffic problems. In addition to this positive change, follow up efforts will be made such as a government rule that restrains individual drivers later on.

In conclusion, making more people move to the cities in which they work can improve the current congestion. This is because it reduces commuting vehicles and the total residents can change public transportation vehicles to be better.
