' Grandparents play a big role in the bringing up their grandchildren ' issue

Topic :

Grandparents play a big role in the bringing up their grandchildren. Do you think it is useful for grandparents to be involved?
What is your opinion?

Answer :

Today, many working parents feel difficulties when raising kids. In this regard, it is often argued that involving grandparents can be a solution to the parenting problem, and I also agree with this opinion. In this essay, I will discuss reasons for this.

The role of a family is to teach young people about society, and the presence of grandparents can help with it. Members of a wide range of ages make the family diverse, and children can learn from it how to interact with different types of adults before they go to school, which is a bigger society to meet teachers and friends’ families. Children who regularly spend time with their grandparents at home will easily be able to adjust themselves to the new dynamic environment.

Moreover, grandparents can create and circulate a family tradition. Old generations pass their life experience from home to home and children to children. Their children’s children can understand their long life in a form of a short bed time story. It will be important to know what happened in the past because it determines the family, which is the children’s root and identity. They will be able to intensify their view and definition of themselves when they know where they exactly came from.

In conclusion, co parenting with grandparents have advantages. Children in the family can grow up as better adults with understanding of the world and a strong sense of self because their parents’ parents are a collection of it.
