Answer :

There are several factors that make people to have advanced the quality of life in developing countries, and some believe that new technology is the most important to achieve the happy life while others think that free education is a more vital factor of that. Both views have their own justifications, but I personally believe that educational way of making people’s life better is quite reasonable.

On one hand, thanks to the developed technology in modern society, individuals can find their life more comfortable and productive than before. Especially in developing countries, the development of new technology is skyrocketed in these days. People in those countries are absolutely fascinated by modern technology that they never had experienced in the past. For example, by releasing new series of smart phone to people in many countries, people could not only communicate with others but also could find a way of entertaining themselves like enjoying movies or learning new languages through the devices. Therefore, this certainly can bring more satisfaction and benefits on their lives.

On the other hand, education can be more valuable than any factors in developing countries. It is true that those countries have the biggest poverty gap between poor and rich since their economic development has been extremely rapid and unplanned so that the wealthy is not equally shared with everyone in the countries. Therefore, there are a majority of people who are economically challenged that could not able to find a chance to adapt the new findings without education. By providing free education to them, they can learn whatever they want and can access the future that they have been dreaming of. Also, individuals could accept the opportunities of learning new skills or interacting with other people in an educational institution. In near future, the generation will apply the skills and technology that they have learned and it can be the most effective way of developing their countries in various ways.

In conclusion, although adapting advanced technology is affecting individual’s life a lot and it could increase the quality of life, free education is a more inevitable factor that authorities should consider for the public benefit as a long-term plan.
