Answer :
Some people believe that enjoying their own job is more valuable than job stability, however, others think that working as a permanent worker is more important. Before deciding my decision, I need to scrutinize both views.
There are those who assert that a permanent job is a fundamental source of abundant life for ordinary people. It is true that all people need a certain amount of money regularly for their daily living while saving for their unexpected future. Because of this, the regular income that people receive every month or two weeks could be a way to maintain their daily living. Moreover, with this guaranteed period to work before retirement, the pubic could be responsible for their family members. That is the reason why many students are eager to be hired in companies with a very stable condition as permanent employees.
However, others insist that there is nothing more important than personal satisfaction in people’s lives. Alongside the development of society, there has been the myriad of job positions, and more and more people tend to choose what they really want to. In this situation, people would change their job position several times or sustain their life just with temporary work. Furthermore, the public would receive less stress in the working place, even they will endure some severe situations to achieve more satisfaction that those who chose their work considering only job stability would not never feel.
In conclusion, I think that job stability is required to keep maintaining an affluent life, while job satisfaction is also significant to achieve personal goals. Therefore, both of them should be compatible.
