In many countries, some jobs are not for women but for men. In this regard, it is often argued that the police or military force needs more women. I also agree with this opinion and will discuss the reasons in this essay.
Actually, some countries have proved that women in a police can do the same dangerous job as male officers. For example, in Iran, when female offenders commit serious crimes such as a robbery or a violent attack, the government lets female officers deal with the situations. This is because in the Islamic society and the culture, men are restricted from touching women. Thus, men are not always the one who plays an important role and takes action.
Also, there are already many job positions that women have done well, and they can do the same work for the police or military force. If it is necessary, they can do it without physical excellence. For example, they can be surgeons in an army and can provide stress management after the surgery. Thus, the special force teams should welcome more women as its members.
In conclusion, the special military and police force should invite more women. This is because they know what they do and who they are for.
