The common misconception is that healthy food is expensive in any case, and there are many people who believe this. However, in my opinion, the real reason that people today eat less healthy food is because they lack time. So I believe people can do some things to solve this problem.
It is true that it is not always easy to buy healthy and cheap food. However, one downside to healthy food is its lack of convenience compared to fast food. People can not afford to spend time cooking because everyone in modern society is busy working. It's a competitive society, but one should recognize that putting one's health at risk for work can pay a higher price when one falls ill because of eating unhealthy food.
There is a way that people can do to move in the right direction of eating healthier food. First, people should learn how to keep track of their daily life and manage time wisely. They can do so by monitoring daily tasks, including routine activities such as breakfast preparation and showers, and taking a note of how long each action took. It is necessary to identify these patterns, make notes to eliminate time-consuming activities, and learn to manage time efficiently. As a result, people will be able to prepare healthier and more nutritious food at home.
In conclusion, eating healthy food is not always easy because it requires a complete lifestyle shift for many, but it is possible and will be worth such efforts.
